DWER – One Stop Shop

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation serves as a ‘one stop shop’ for industry for water and environment regulation and has updated its website so there is a single page with links to:

  1. Apply for and manage a Water License
  2. Apply for an Industry license, works approval
  3. Apply for a Clearing permit
  4. Submit a referral to the EPA/ request an amendment to a proposal/conditions.
