The millars landing entrace feature located adjacent to Heartwood Blvd, utilises several elongated bio-retention basins guide traffic into the development area. An extensive path network also links the bio-retention areas to the adjacent Tramway Reserve and the Heartwood Blvd play area.
Key issues:
- Ensuring emptying times were consistent with the WA Stormwater manual, considering the high groundwater levels and existing flat surface gradients.
