This case study investigates the retrospective application of the CRCWSC INFFEWS BCA tool on the potential options for water sources for the Ocean Road Recreation Area Expansion within the City of Mandurah. The case study outlines the steps required to complete the BCA for different project scenarios and compares the outcomes of these.
The results of this analysis showed that the most beneficial scenario was the MAR option for irrigation of the recreational area, which was the selected scenario. This retrospective analysis demonstrates the process and outcomes of the BCA tool.
