The 2018 WA Water Awards Program recognises outstanding achievements and innovations in the State’s water industry. It provides a unique opportunity to showcase the very best of our State’s water knowledge and successes, through the promotion and reward of the achievements of organisations and individuals who demonstrate leadership and innovation in the water industry.
Come along and celebrate National Water Week and the achievements of the WA water industry at the Australian Water Association’s WA Annual Water Industry Awards Dinner. The dinner will be held at the Pan Pacific Perth with pre-dinner drinks and canapes starting from 6pm, with the 2018 WA Award Winners being announced during a plated 2 course dinner.
Our keynote speaker at this year’s dinner is Curtin University’s eminent global urban design and transport sustainability expert, Professor Peter Newman. Professor Newman was recently named Scientist of the Year at the 2018 Western Australian Premier’s Science Awards.
The awards presentation will be followed by the opportunity of networking with your water industry colleagues and associates, around a dessert buffet whilst being entertained by some special guests.
After the fast sell out of our Charity Partner, Water Aid‘s Wine Wall last year we’ve been informed there will be lots of wine available this year to help Water Aid with their fundraising efforts to unlock people’s potential to have clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.
