Opportunities & challenges in boosting housing supply and achieving infill
With Western Australia’s population exceeding 3 million, and growing by more than 300,000 in the last five years, more efficient utilisation of our housing stock is critical to meet demand and assist with much needed housing supply.
Facilitating the transition between housing types as our needs change is key to balancing the demand/supply equation, as is delivering a greater variety of new housing stock at a range of price points.
