We’re thrilled to have Andy Reese, the Vice President at AMEC Foster Wheeler, with us. Andy has over 35 years’ experience in a wide variety of stormwater management, water resources, hydraulic and hydrologic engineering research and management roles. He will share his knowledge of the history of how local government stormwater utilities came about in the USA, and also what he had learnt from setting up more than 20 stormwater utilities for local governments in the USA.
