Network with industry colleagues and celebrate all things Water!

This year, Greg Ingleton will take you on Adelaide’s journey from the original trials on airport cooling to the latest work on various cooling and greening techniques for the urban environment. This is a culmination of about 5 years of planning and testing, now across many areas in Adelaide and some regional centres, ultimately to improve the liveability of the community.

Greg Ingleton, Business Development Manager – Environmental Opportunities, SA Water
Greg Ingleton is SA Water’s Manager of Environmental Opportunities and focuses on improving liveability and productivity in relation to water. An environment scientist and former farmer, Greg explores and implements holistic and relatively simple solutions to maximise the benefits from outdoor water use in our urban environment to reduce the impacts of urban heat islands and increased urban density, with a view to ensure our communities are resilient against climate impacts now and into the future.

This event aims to support our WSUD champions and showcase approaches we can replicate or learn from to create lasting legacies.  Bring along your neighbour or the next person you meet at the photocopier! Lets expand our network of water-sensitive champions to create more liveable, sustainable, productive and resilient cities.

Drinks and nibbles are provided to assist with networking before and after the presentation.

This is a free event, however registration is required for catering purposes. RSVP (for catering purposes), before Friday 6 March.

Hope to see you there!
