There is a move to encourage the use of Recycled Construction and Demolition Waste in Local Roads including Crushed Recycled Concrete (CRC).
Whilst use of this material (CRC) has be trialled successfully in “highway type pavements” how does this translate to design of local road pavements? What are the techniques needed in the construction of the pavement?
