Associate Members, and Members new to the industry: Are you new to the Public Works Industry? Are you changing roles within your organisation but aren’t sure where to start? Do you need someone to contact for independent advice to assist you in your role? Do you have a goal to get to a senior position but aren’t sure how to reach it? We can help!
Senior & Retired Members: Become a Mentor! You have the advantage of years of experience – share practical advice, lessons learnt and other tips to help our Young IPWEA members on their journey to becoming industry leaders.
From entering the workforce, through to becoming a leader in Senior role, this event will allow you to build and strengthen relationships that can help you in all areas throughout your working life.
The aim of this event is to link up Student Members, Young Members and Members new to the industry with Senior Members in an informal setting for an exchange of information in an initial meeting to make everyone comfortable, and then for the Mentors and Mentees to exchange details and arrange their own catch ups from then on.
