The City of Mandurah recently completed the $42 million redevelopment of the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. The redevelopment represented the largest asset renewal and expansion project ever undertaken by the City and provides aquatic and dry recreation facilities to service the needs of the Mandurah community for a twenty plus year time horizon. The redevelopment delivers inclusive, accessible and flexible community recreation space to support a broad range of activities and related community benefits.
