Ryan Ferts from the City of Joondalup’s Strategic Infrastructure Asset Management team will present on how they have incorporated strategic asset management practices into the day to day operations for the Infrastructure Directorate and how it connects with long term financial planning, statutory reporting and Council decision making.
During this two-hour seminar, Ryan will lead the discussion on the City’s strategic AM practices that cover the life cycle of their five infrastructure asset classes (Buildings, Lighting, Drainage, Transport and Parks & Public Open Space Assets). The sessions will include live use of the City systems applicable to that process, with a Q&A session to assist you in developing processes applicable to your organisations.
