The key features of Professional Indemnity insurance will be explored with a focus on the actions that must be undertaken around notifications.
Client expectations of broker activities across communication and advocacy will be highlighted. Case studies will look at claims in PFAS contamination, Environmental Impact Statement, Statutory Compliance Advice and Contamination Surveys. We will also touch on strategies to avoid or reduce the impact of claims which references some key learnings from the previous webinar on the importance of risk management.
