EIANZ’s WA Division is pleased to invite you to a consultation session on the WA Environmental Protection Authority’s (EPA) new draft Environmental Impact Assessment Practice Guide for the Environmental Protection Act 1986 Part IV Assessment of Proposals.
The EPA has developed a consolidated Environmental Impact Assessment Practice Guide following comprehensive reviews throughout 2023 and 2024, including the Vogel McFerran review and Stakeholder Reference Group feedback. This new guide will replace existing Administrative Procedures and Procedures Manual, making EIA processes more accessible and transparent.
This webinar provides you with a unique opportunity to:
- Gain insights and contribute to the refinement of the guidance document
- Ask questions directly to the EPA about the Practice Guide
- Help shape EIANZ’s submission before submissions close on 18 July 2025
