In 2025, Djinda Mereny – Dinner Under the Stars returns with an evening of cultural celebration, connection, and culinary delight, hosted under the southern sky at the beautiful UWA Club in Perth, Western Australia.
Presented by Danjoo Koorliny, this signature alcohol-free event brings people together to walk alongside each other – Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal – for a shared future. Djinda Mereny (meaning “Star Food” in Noongar) is a time to gather, listen, learn, and celebrate through story, performance, and food.
As always, guests will be treated to a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring native Australian ingredients. The evening will also feature powerful cultural performances and storytelling, grounded in the spirit of country and community.
