EFFICIENT 2025 is the biennial conference of the IWA Specialist Group, on Efficient Urban Water Management.
Since 2001, the conference has been held in Madrid (Spain), Tenerife (Spain), Santiago (Chile), Jeju Island (Republic of Korea), Sydney (Australia), Dead Sea (Jordan), Paris (France), Cincinnati (USA), Bath (United Kingdom), Manilla (Philippines), and Bordeaux (France).
On 16-18 September 2025, the IWA along with Australian Water Association, will gather in Melbourne, Australia, with urban water and wastewater professionals ready to share their expertise and to present solutions for the new challenges in urban water management.
