This year’s Symposium provides a conversation about the economic value of trees. The benefits of the urban forest are broad ranging, and research continues to investigate their values. There are times that we need to justify the dollar value of the trees that we are advocating for and finding approaches and research to support this is crucial to the process. That’s where this 22nd TREENET Symposium comes in!
Features will include a direct discussion of the topic, a look at cost models of trees and an analysis of who is doing what in the area of tree valuation.
