Background
This is a compact subdivision designed in accordance with the City’s Urban Water Management Policy and Design Specifications. Use is made of verge swales and laneway soakwells.
Objectives
- Infiltration and treatment of frequent rainfall events

- Modification of urban form to facilitate verge swales
- An effective design that performed well during a recent 1:5 year ARI event.
