Multiplex has completed Capital Square Tower 1, one of three proposed buildings being constructed on the Old Emu Brewery site on Mounts Bay Road, Perth.
Tower One consists of 32 levels of premium grade office space and a NLA of 54,000m2. The tower includes one basement level, a mid-level plant room, five floors classified as a Remote Operations Centre, and two floors for use as kitchen and dining facilities. The building has become the new Perth headquarters for Woodside Energy Limited. Awarded a 6 start Green Star Office v3 As Built rating.
