Case studies & fact sheets
Better urban water management outcomes should be achieved at a range of development scales and via the implementation of structural and non structural solutions applied in a treatment train approach, and which address the total water cycle. There are a number of examples of where good urban water management outcomes have been achieved through implementation of various water management options. This information is provided in a number of case studies. These examples can be viewed by clicking on the ‘ticks’ in the table below. Information regarding the structural and non-structural practices is also available by clicking on the options in the table below.

Swan River Trust have developed a number of case studies under their Drainage Nutrient Intervention Program (DNIP). To learn more about DNIP click here.
Please note that a number of case studies are still under development. Case studies which are accessible now can be found by hovering the mouse pointer over the ‘ticks’, when a case study is found the tick will change from blue to green to indicate an active link to a case study.
