Water allocation policy released for comment

A review of the 'first in, first served' policy of water licensing has been released. The reiew was part of the State Government's commitment to a broader water reform agenda and looked at alternatives to the current policy where water was licensed and allocated up to the full volume available on 'first in, first served'.
